2ND STORY’S TICKETING & CANCELLATION POLICIES
We’re thrilled you’re joining us—whether for a performance, a class, or a workshop. Below are a few notes to make sure you know what to expect:
Minimum Participants (Workshops & Classes Only)
Our workshops thrive in community. To make sure the experience is meaningful for everyone, we require at least four participants. If enrollment falls short, we may need to cancel or reschedule. You can help make the magic happen by inviting a friend to join you!
Guest Cancellations
All ticket sales are final, but you do have options:
Can’t make it? You’re welcome to send a friend in your place (just let us know their name).
For classes and workshops: If you contact us at least 48 hours in advance, we’ll do our best to transfer your registration to another offering. (Transfers are at staff discretion and can’t always be guaranteed.)
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for transfer or refund.
Weather & Emergencies (All Events)
Your safety—and the safety of our artists—is our first priority. If we need to cancel a performance, class, or workshop due to extreme weather or another emergency, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future event. If the event is still happening but you can’t safely make it, contact us at least 4 hours before start time and we’ll work with you to transfer your ticket.
If We Cancel (All Events)
In the rare case that a class, workshop, or performance must be cancelled or rescheduled, we’ll contact you as quickly as possible and work to find the best solution—refund, credit, or transfer.
