Join 2nd Story for a FREE virtual Story Circle exploring the realities of working in the arts. We invite arts workers from all areas - artists, administrators, leaders, advocates, and funders - to share personal stories around care, compassion, and what it means to feel valued in our work. 

Story Circles are informal get-togethers where we share stories with each other. During the Story Circle, we’ll go through a series of activities to help folks brainstorm stories for themselves and share those stories out loud with the goal of fostering community and connection. There’s nothing to prepare - all we ask is that you come ready to listen and share as you feel moved to do so. 

This event is part of The Rising Tide Project - 2nd Story’s initiative focused on creating change through storytelling, strategy, and solidarity in the arts sector.
